Hello and thank you for stopping by! Today I want to share with you a project that has been a while in the making, but I finally got myself in gear and finished it. Here is the new "Bakery sign"
The pictures aren't great I know, but that is what you get when you are on a budget. This project cost around $30. Lets break it down for you. I bought the cast iron spoons at a yard sale for $2.00. You can find the before post here and then I spray painted them with high gloss black.
The red and black paint are from Walmart, both are the "Glidden 2 in 1"brand . For more information on that visit this past post here. I tried out the "Krylon 2in1" Spray paint before buying the black glidden, but I did not like it at all. Sorry, I really wanted to like it,I did.The paint took up the rest of the money since I had to go back and buy different black paint. .
Now for the frame, it was free! I got it from my friends old kitchen. I have the whole story about that here.
You are probably wondering what this looked like before, well let me show you right now.
This was my dining room wall before and here it is now.
I still have a-lot to do with the room, but that will probably not happen for sometime. In the meantime I hope to hear from you and thanks again for coming to visit me today.
